Why do I need picture of manufacturer label?

In order to process a Stroller or Car Seat reclamation with the factory or brand, we are required to provide a manufacturer label picture. This label contains information necessary to identify the correct product and production batch.

Different brands like Joie, Nuna, Cybex, Bugaboo, etc. may have different information printed on their own manufacturer label and may be placed in a different location on the product.

Car Seat manufacturer labels are normally underneath the seat.

NOTE: Orange colored sticker underneath a Car Seat is NOT a manufacturer label!

• Joie CAR SEATS

  • Manufacturer label on Joie car seats are located underneath the seat and the label has info about:
    • MODEL - product model number
    • SERIAL - product serial number
    • DATE - production date.

  • Manufacturer label on Cybex car seats are located underneath the seat and the label has info about:
    • Product name + Color
    • Art.# - model number
    • Serial# - serial number
